Meet James Caplin
I became a coach when a businesswoman hired me as one, despite my being a corporate communications writer at the time. Since then, I've driven many transformations. While starting a young family, we moved to a house in a run-down area. I was at the heart of the community's campaign to clean it up; it's now part of what estate agents call 'Notting Hill'. I helped rewrite how gardening is done in the UK with my book, Instant Gardening. I'm now helping leaders say 'yes' to the person they are yet to become. Work with me, and help lead my latest and most exciting initiative.
