'The workshops are, you know the first thing that comes back to me is intense, entertaining, challenging, really good for building rapport between people. I take a sort of sense of joy out of the workshops. That's the big thing, the impression I'm left with is it's got us all thinking, it's got us all working together, it's got us all with a common dialogue, it's a brilliant way of sharing a lot of stuff in a way that you wouldn't normally do at work.'
