'I think there's a reason why coaching has taken off in our society and there's a reason why many of the people that I've reported into in this industry have used coaches. We have incredibly long days. We have incredibly stressful situations. And to just make sense of that sometimes, that's where I find coaching really helpful. And that's why I've definitely found it necessary. Sometimes the City is the last place I want to be, I want to be on a farm with lots of chickens around me, but I know that if you took that buzz away from me, I would miss it. I like the buzz of the City. But marrying that with who I am and how I operate, that has been where coaching has been invaluable for me. And I believe it has raised my game.'
