Background

Degree in English Literature, Trinity College, Cambridge. Then freelance scriptwriter of training and information videos (and later multimedia)which enables me to:

• work across Industry: from startups to blue chips, banking to defense, multinationals to SME, manufacturing to marketing

• communicate with everyone from Chief Executives to technical experts, salesmen to engineers, veterans to new hires

• move, inform and motivate working people

• deal with the stuff of business life: the politics, pressures, pleasures.

During this time I also wrote a best-selling book and was a regular contributor to The Times on Saturday Magazine.
